Spiritual Alerts ("we," "us," "our") provides a daily email newsletter containing Scripture, a short reflection, and a prayer. By signing up with your email address, you consent to receive these emails. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
2. Free Newsletter
The daily Spiritual Alerts newsletter is free. Signing up does not create any payment obligation.
3. The 21 Day Journey (Paid Product)
The 21 Day Journey is a one-time purchase of $9.95 USD that delivers 21 daily emails, beginning the morning after purchase. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we never see or store your card details. Because the Journey is delivered digitally and begins immediately, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — email us if something went wrong.
4. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to subscribe. By signing up, you confirm the email address you provide belongs to you.
5. Content
All content in our emails and on this site — including reflections, prayers, and design — is owned by Spiritual Alerts and is for your personal, non-commercial use. Please don't republish or resell it. Scripture quotations are from the New International Version (NIV).
6. Not Professional Advice
Spiritual Alerts is spiritual encouragement, not medical, psychological, or professional advice. If you're struggling with your mental health, please reach out to a qualified professional or local support services.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the service — for example by signing up other people without their consent, attempting to disrupt the service, or scraping our content.
8. Service Availability
We do our best to deliver every morning, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted delivery. Emails may occasionally be delayed or filtered by your email provider. We may modify, pause, or discontinue the service at any time.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Spiritual Alerts is provided "as is" and we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any paid product is limited to the amount you paid.

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
